Partner programs
Four ways to earn, one ladder to climb
Referral, agent, affiliate and influencer. A published points schedule rather than a discretionary one, four tiers with real perks, and residuals you can reconcile line by line.
The ladder
Four tiers. Published thresholds. No discretionary promotions.
The same ladder applies across all four tracks, so moving between them does not mean learning a second system or starting over.

How points accrue
Published, because a game with hidden scoring is not a game. The heaviest weighting sits on outcomes that are good for the merchant too — accounts that fund, take a build, and are still there six months later.
| Action | Points |
|---|---|
| Qualified application submitted | 10 |
| Application reaches statement review | 25 |
| Account funds and processes its first batch | 100 |
| Account takes a CRM build | 150 |
| Account still processing at 6 months | 75 |
| Partner-sourced content that converts | 50 |
| Sub-partner you recruited reaches Silver | 200 |
The tracks
Pick the one that matches what you actually have
An audience, a client base, a book of merchants, or traffic. Each earns differently, and each says who it is wrong for.
Referral partner
Accountants, bookkeepers, brokers, consultants and IT providers
Introduce a business that needs a CRM build or better card pricing. We do everything after the introduction.
You receive a share of what the account produces — a one-time share of the software build fee, plus ongoing residual on the processing for as long as the account stays. Residuals are reported monthly, line by line, so you can reconcile them rather than trust them. No licensing or registration is required of you.
Not for you if: If you want to control pricing or own the client relationship, the agent track is the better fit.
You do
- Make the introduction, ideally with a sentence about what the business struggles with
- Stay in the loop as much or as little as you want
We do
- Scoping conversation, statement review and the written findings
- Underwriting, placement, the CRM build and installation
- All merchant-facing support for the life of the account
- Monthly residual reporting you can audit
Agent partner
Experienced payments professionals with an existing book
A full agent relationship: pricing control inside agreed floors, a portfolio you own, and access to our high-risk acquirer panel.
You set pricing above an agreed floor and keep the spread, on a revenue split that scales with portfolio size. The portfolio is yours — it is transferable, and it survives you leaving. We do not hold your residuals hostage to continued production.
Not for you if: Not a fit if you are new to payments — there is no training program here. Start on the referral track.
You do
- Own the merchant relationship and set pricing above the floor
- Bring the deal and the underwriting file
- Decide which of your accounts want a CRM build on top
We do
- Underwriting desk support and acquirer placement, including high-risk
- The software build for accounts that want one, white-labeled to you if you prefer
- Residual reporting, portfolio statements and back-office
Affiliate
Publishers, newsletter operators, review sites, SaaS marketplaces and communities
Send qualified traffic with a tracked link. Paid per qualified application and again when the account funds.
Two-stage payout: a fixed amount per qualified application (a real business, real volume, actually wanting a conversation) and a larger amount when the account goes live. Qualified means qualified — we do not pay on form fills, and we tell you why something was disqualified so you can adjust your traffic rather than guess.
Not for you if: Not a fit for incentivized traffic, coupon or cashback placements, or paid search on our brand terms.
You do
- Publish with your tracked link and disclose the relationship, as the FTC requires
- Send traffic that has a genuine reason to want this
We do
- Tracked links, attribution windows and a reporting view of clicks through to funded accounts
- Creative, screenshots and copy you can use as-is
- A stated reason for every disqualified application
Influencer & creator
Operators and creators with an audience of business owners — trades, hospitality, agencies, e-commerce
Show the software doing real work to an audience that runs businesses. Paid on qualified applications, with a build for your own business as part of the deal.
Per-qualified-application payout plus a completion bonus when accounts fund, on the same terms as the affiliate track. Above the second tier we also build a custom CRM for your own business at no cost — partly because it is good compensation and mostly because you cannot credibly demonstrate software you do not use.
Not for you if: Not a fit if your audience is mostly consumers rather than business owners, or if you would rather read a script than form a view.
You do
- Show the product doing something real to an audience of business owners
- Disclose the partnership clearly on every piece — non-negotiable
- Keep your own editorial line, including saying what you do not like
We do
- A build for your own business so you are demonstrating rather than reciting
- Access to the team for accurate technical answers on camera
- Assets, footage and data you can use, plus review of nothing — we do not approve your scripts
How it works
Application to first payout
Five steps. A person reads every application, and a no comes with a reason.
- 01
Apply
One form, about two minutes. Pick your track, tell us who your audience or client base is, and what you think you could realistically send. We read every application — there is no automated screen.
- 02
We reply within one business day
Either an approval with your tracked link and Bronze tier, or a straight no with the reason. We would rather decline you than have you send traffic that will never qualify.
- 03
Send your first introduction
Use the link, or just email us the name. Every submission is attributed to you on arrival and you can see its status through the pipeline as it moves.
- 04
Earn points and climb
Points accrue on the published schedule above — applications, funded accounts, builds, retention. Tier upgrades apply retroactively to the quarter in which you crossed the threshold, so you are never punished for hitting it late in a period.
- 05
Get paid, and check the math
Monthly, with a statement that shows every account, what it produced and what your share was. If you cannot reconcile it, it is not a statement — it is an assertion.
What is live today, and what is still being built
The partner portal is in build. We would rather tell you that than show you a mockup of a dashboard that does not exist yet. Applying now costs you nothing and means you are attributed from day one.
Live now
- Applications — reviewed by a person, replied to within one business day
- Attribution of every application to the partner who sent it
- Manual residual and payout reporting, monthly
In build
- Self-serve partner portal with live pipeline status
- Automated tracked links and click-through attribution
- Live points balance, tier progress and leaderboard
- Automated payouts and downloadable statements
Apply
Two minutes. Pick a track, tell us who you reach, and be honest about volume — a small real number is worth more to us than a large optimistic one.
You get a partner reference immediately on submission. Quote it on any introduction you send before the portal ships and it will be attributed to you.
Applying in more than one track? Pick the closest fit and say so in the notes — we will set them up under one identity so your points pool rather than split.
Questions
Partner program, answered
How do I get paid, and how often?
Monthly, with a statement that lists every account attributed to you, what it produced and what your share was. If you cannot reconcile a statement line by line, it is an assertion rather than a statement — so we publish the arithmetic. Residuals continue for the life of the account.
What counts as a qualified application?
A real business, with real card volume or a real need for a CRM, that actually wants a conversation. Form fills do not count and neither does incentivized traffic. When we disqualify something we tell you why, so you can adjust what you send rather than guess at it.
Do I need a license to refer merchant services?
Not for the referral, affiliate or influencer tracks — you are making an introduction and we do everything after it. The agent track is a different relationship with pricing control, and we will walk through what that involves before you commit to it.
How does the points system actually work?
Points accrue on the published schedule: 10 for a qualified application, 25 when it reaches statement review, 100 when the account funds, 150 if it takes a CRM build, 75 if it is still processing at six months. Tier upgrades apply retroactively to the quarter you crossed the threshold, so hitting it in the last week of a quarter is not penalized.
Is the partner portal live?
Not yet — and we would rather say so than show you a screenshot of something that does not exist. Applications, attribution and monthly reporting are live and handled by a person today. The self-serve portal with live pipeline status, automated tracked links, points balance and leaderboard is in build. Everyone who applies now is attributed from day one and gets access as it ships.
Can I be in more than one program?
Yes, and some people should be. A consultant with a newsletter is genuinely both a referral partner and an affiliate. Apply on whichever fits best and mention the other in the notes — we will set both up under one identity so your points pool rather than split.
Have clients who are overpaying, or an audience that runs businesses?
Apply in two minutes. A person reads it, and you hear back within one business day either way.
